Want to know how to implement machines and weight training into your workouts? We teach you.
The class will run as a circuit but your coach will include certain machine based exercises, compound movements such as:
– Back Squats
– Deadlifts
– Hip thrusts
– Snatches
Whatever your goal is; weight loss, muscle building; this class in particular will be programmed to work on your strength and fitness levels all in round to build a more toned physique whilst losing that body fat percentage.
