Jess Pilkington
Director | Personal Trainer
Hi my name is Jess.
I have worked in many areas of Sports and Fitness including Gymnastics Coaching and Rowing Championships. This is when I discovered my passion for Personal Training, giving me the opportunity to push a broad range of individuals towards their goals and I love seeing the accomplishment when they push themselves beyond their limits.
Pushing women to embrace their training potential and pushing them to be strong physically and mentally is what drives my work and dedication.
With years of experience under Life Without Limits, I have worked with clients to reach their athletic and strength goals, weight loss journeys as well as giving attentive and hands-on coaching to rehabilitation clients. Being a Mother myself, I trained in Postpartum to be able to help women through a physically demanding part of their life and have coached several women during their pregnancy and continued their postpartum journey.
I make sure all my clients training and nutrition is personalised to them as no one client is the same so, every program, meal plan or daily check-in is personalised to everyone in my team. I believe that all goals are achievable once you keep that level of commitment towards your goals.

Elland Bennet
Personal Trainer
Hello! My name is Elland.
I was always a sporty girl throughout school playing on the netball team, rounders teams and representing the school as part of the relay team, as I got a little older sports took a back seat. I originally started my journey with josh to look better for a holiday however I quickly fell in love with the whole process.
Strength training made me a stronger and more confident version of myself inside and outside of the gym.
The confidence I gained from my journey pushed me to go to my first pole fitness class. This quickly became another love of mine it combines both strength and flexibility.
Flexibility and strength training go hand in hand for me, working on both parts equally makes me perform better in the gym and in the pole studio.
I became a Personal trainer to help change other people’s lives the way mine changed.
I want to help you all be a stronger and confident version of yourselves.
Join the LWL team you won’t regret it.

Personal Trainer
Fitness for me initiated from horse riding. It has always been a passion of mine, and something I’ve always enjoyed. My fitness has definitely come from riding and made me an active person.
During lockdown, I’d make myself do home workouts or go for a walk as well as riding my own horses to keep myself active as being stuck in the house wasn’t for me. As things went back to normal I started working at Life Without Limits and it definitely pushed me further into wanting to become a fitter person. As I started using the gym more often, my confidence has grown massively. I feel much better in myself physically and mentally. I hear a lot of people my age complain that they don’t have the confidence or motivation to go to the gym and get fitter which has encouraged me to want to become a personal trainer. I want to help educate and guide everyone through their fitness journey; it doesn’t matter what age you are. I am now fully qualified and have been trained personally by the team at LWL. With their guidance, they have guided me to attain an established client base of all different ages, genders & abilities. It is such a welcoming team and can’t wait to further my career under LWL.
Aimee Vater
Sports Massage Therapist
Hello! I’m Aimee from Balance Massage and Fitness and I am a Sports Massage Therapist based in the new Life Without Limits Training Facility in Littleborough.
I never considered myself ‘sporty’ child – I tried so many different sports or forms of exercise and nothing really stuck. It wasn’t until my early 20s when I took my first pole class and that’s when my love for fitness began.
After sustaining a shoulder injury from overtraining – I wanted to learn more about the human body, how it works & how to help people reach their potential.
Today, not only am I qualified in sports massage but also personal training. The main goal is to help my clients achieve the perfect balance (hence the business name!) Looking after your body before & after your training is just as important as the workout itself.
Qualifications:
Level 2 Gym Fitness Coach Level 3 Personal Trainer Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist.
