- Our Premium Package is for those looking for a more experienced & thorough approach regarding their 1-1 support and progression. This package is exclusive to our Head Coaches, Jess & Josh, and is subject to availability.
- In Person Consultation
- 1 Weekly PT (60 minutes))
- Full movement, posture & injury screening
- Continuous reprogramming to match recovery progress, flare-ups or advanced goals
- Detailed progress tracking, ongoing feedback & close oversight
- Integrated nutrition strategy, nutrition timing & BMI calculation + recovery & regeneration protocols
- Exclusivity to online coaching app for individualised plans and nutrition tracking

Specialist - Head Coaching
£360
- Our Head Coach PT Packages are for those looking for a more experienced & thorough approach. Please note there are limited spaces on this package due to the depth of coaching & support given. Jess & Josh only take a maximum of 5 clients each to ensure the highest quality of service.
