Being Qualified as a Postpartum coach, Jess has the knowledge and experience to train women through their pregnancy and continue during their postpartum journey.

As a Mother herself, she knows how much your body goes through during this time. So strengthening your body and pelvic floor muscles will aid your pregnancy and give you the best chance of getting back on your feet postpartum.

It can be daunting doing physical exercise in pregnancy and in your postpartum journey but these are some of the benefits you can experience:
