Legs, Bums and Tums

Monday 12pm - 12.45pm

Wednesday 10.30am - 11.15am

A weekly programmed class to optimize & growth of the Legs, Glutes and Core muscles.
Exercises will be purposefully selected to target these areas. Each week your coach will progress you on to the next stage if ready to achieve progressive overload of the body.
All exercises will be adapted for each individual depending on your needs, injuries & any mobility issues. So all abilities are welcome!
A combination of weight training, conditioning work & mobility in a fun, fast paced environment with the best playlist to get you through it.
