Ladies Only Box Fit.

Mondays 6.45pm - 7.30pm

Wednesdays 6.45pm - 7.30pm

Thursdays 6.30am - 7.15am

The Ultimate Boxing set up. Learn boxing jabs, hooks and 1-1 on Boxing Pads & Bag with your coach as well as getting direct boxing conditioning work. You will progress your technique and moves each week. 

This class in particular is Female Only to ensure comfortability and confidence building in our environment, if you’re looking for a first class to try out? Box Fit is a great class to start out. 

Only 5 people max per group to ensure maximal coaching availability whilst getting that fast paced conditioning. 

Have an injury? Not to worry, our coaches will ensure all exercises will aid and rehabilitate your issues.
