Kettlebells.
Tuesdays 7pm - 7.45pm
This class will target muscle usage and growth of the Legs, Upper Body, Glutes and Stomach regions.
Strength and Conditioning training will be incorporated into this class taught by experienced coaches, including:
– Squats
– Deadlifts
– Cleans & Snatches
– Hip Thrusts & many more!
Coaches will also implement the use of machines within the gym facility, perfect way to learn how to use them safely and effectively.
It will be a fun based workout but challenging alongside. If you are wanting to sculpt your body, build muscle whilst losing that fat mass this is perfect.
** All levels of experience and ages are welcome from beginner level to advanced – all exercises will be made more accessible or challenging for each individual.
