This class will be directly based on strengthening your core by incorporating mobility exercises, not just an Ab Blast with crunches and sit ups. Intense core mobility.
Also a deep stretch targeting the full body to address tightness in the muscles or any injuries that could be preventing your training.
A lot of people don’t understand the importance of core strength and flexibility in training. This class will get you feeling the most refreshed in a while.

Each class will come to an end with an uplifting yoga sequence, to promote energy and a sense of relaxation and de-stress.
