This class is a fast paced, high intensity circuit primarily focusing on your core and fitness levels. A great class to start your fitness journey, targeting the most important muscle group in your body.
Feel like you don’t know how to strengthen your core? We will implement in depth core mobility to really target & strengthen your abdominals.
