Fridays 10:15am - 11:00pm
Individual stations set up for a full body boot camp. Fast paced class incorporating intervals mixed with weight training, bodyweight training & core + conditioning exercises – perfect class for those wanting to get a good workout in a 45 minute class.
All ages & abilities are welcome.
