Are you drinking enough water?

Around 60% of your body is water so it is vital to keep your body hydrated throughout the day.

When you exericse you can lose up to 1 or 2 litres of fluid an hour. This can increase when exercising or in warm conditions.

From this, you need to replace the fluids you lose by drinking water.

But why is it important? Look below to see some of the side effects..

Not drinking enough water can cause the below symptoms:

  • Dehydration
  • Headaches or Migraines
  • Lack of energy & concentration
  • Muscle Fatigue
  • Poor performance
  • Poor sleep.

So how much water should you drink a day?
Daily average, women should intake 2.7 litres and men 3.7 litres.

This does not necessarily have to be water.
You can mix it with cordial, teas or flavoured water.
